Founded by producer and Access Coordinator Stephanie Dower, we are one of Australia's few dedicated specialists in Access Coordination for the arts and screen industry. We work on-site and remotely with productions, festivals and arts organisations across the country, removing barriers, guiding teams on best-practice inclusion, and creating environments where Disabled, Deaf and Neurodivergent people can do their best work.

Access works best when it starts early. We embed it across the full life of a project — from script development and pre-production planning through to post, marketing and release. Whether you're a first-time producer who doesn't know where to start, or an experienced team looking to do better, we meet you where you are.

We also produce our own screen content — documentary and drama that reflects the full breadth of contemporary Australia. Because the best way to advocate for inclusion behind the camera is to demonstrate it on screen.
